East Asian Institute Presents a Lecture on Study-Tour to South Korea

 

Study-abroad tour to South Korea

Seven COBA students pictured above and six faculty visited South Korea on a study-tour sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education's Business and International Education grant. 

 

The team will be presenting a summary of their findings on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at 10:00 am in the Buskey Auditorium. Please visit the group's blog at www.cobasouthkorea.blogspot.com to learn more. This blog provide links to blogs maintained by the seven students. 

 

The ASU College of Business Administration Selected to Attend 2008 Global Case Competition

 

The College of Business Administration is one of the 16 select invitees for the 2008 Global Case Competition that is annually organized by the University of Washington (Michael G. Foster School of Business).  Details of the competition are available at http://bschool.washington.edu/gbc/index.shtml.

The list of participating schools is available at http://bschool.washington.edu/gbc/schools.shtml. The 2008 competition includes 6 previous winners of the competition.

The faculty lead for this competition is Dr. Bob McNeal.

College of Business Administration Receives Prestigious U.S. Department of Education Grant

ASU Hosts Entrepreneurship-In-Residence Lecture Series

Alabama State University’s College of Business Administration (COBA) will host its Entrepreneurship-In-Residence Lecture Series on April 24 at 10 a.m. in the auditorium of the John L. Buskey Health Sciences Building. Dr. Robert Wright, chairman of Flight Explorer and James R. Johnson, site location manager for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, are the featured speakers.
