Objective per phase (3 Phases)

Phase 1:

	Establish operational system of the research institute, promote research environment
	Pilot run of exchange operations: Select country/area, commence exchange
	Collect research data: Establish regular data support system with East Asian companies and research institutes. Hold special lectures: Featuring special guests Hold international seminars: Topics on East Asia Student Workshop for Labor Management Community Support

Phase 2: Full Scale Operation

	Establish full scale operation plan: Based on the performance analysis of the phase 1.
	Prepare financial support scheme: Activate aid association; involve government and corporations
	Expand target regions: Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, India, Thailand etc.
	Expand research operations: Cooperative research with local organizations
	Full scale investment support plan: Introduce investment opportunities in the US; provide presentations, etc.

Phase 3: Continue operations / establish brand image

Establish brand image of the research institute as the hub/gateway to East Asian studies and exchange.
